Na Leannáin
Using the same maquette that I used for The Lovers, I carved this piece from a block of Kilkenny Limestone. This material, from the South-East of Ireland, is full of fossils and extremely hard, but just so beautiful when polished.
The name? It is simply The Lovers in Irish Gaelic.
